The Founding of PRODALCOM
The year 1993 marks the beginning of an authentic Romanian story with the founding of Prodalcom. With deep roots in Moldavian traditions and a passion for excellence, Prodalcom set out from the very start to bring superior-quality spirits into Romanians’ houses - drinks inspired by traditional recipes refined over generations. From this moment, Prodalcom began building a name synonymous with authenticity and craftsmanship in the production of fine spirits.

Opening of the Botoșani Factory
In 1996, Prodalcom made a significant step forward by opening its factory in Botoșani, the heart of its production. Modernization of the Vorona Bottling Section
In 2001, Prodalcom invested in modernizing the Vorona bottling section - a crucial step toward improving quality and production efficiency. This investment reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards and meeting market demands with impeccably bottled products.

Rebranding of Voronskaya Vodka
In 2007, Voronskaya Vodka received a new visual identity, strengthening its market position as a symbol of refinement and purity. The rebranding introduced a modern touch and attracted a new generation of consumers seeking premium quality in an elegant presentation.
• 2008 – 2013 •
Launch of the Spirit Drinks Portfolio
The period 2008 - 2013 was dedicated to innovation and diversification. Prodalcom launched a varied portfolio of spirit drinks, from flavoured liqueurs to reinterpreted Romanian traditional drinks. Each product became an expression of attention to detail and a desire to offer consumers unique experiences.

Rebranding of Ștefan cel Mare Vodka
In 2015, Prodalcom gave Ștefan cel Mare Vodka a regal new image, inspired by the emblematic Moldavian ruler. The new design reflects Romanian pride and tradition, dedicated to those who appreciate history, honour, and authenticity.
• 2017 •
The Year of Modernization and Investments
2017 became a landmark year in Prodalcom’s history: the production network was completely modernized, both at the Vorona section and the Botoșani factory. In addition, the Suceava warehouse was opened, strengthening logistics and product distribution. These investments demonstrated the company’s determination to remain an industry leader.

Rebranding of Voronskaya Vodka
Voronskaya Vodka received a modern visual refresh while preserving its elegance and tradition. The rebranding emphasized its superior quality and premium positioning, maintaining its status as a consumer favourite.

Participation at ANUGA Germany
In 2019, Prodalcom expanded its horizons and participated in ANUGA Germany, one of the world’s largest food and beverage trade fairs. This presence confirmed the company’s openness to international markets and its ambition to bring the authentic Romanian taste to the world.

The year 2020 brought a complete rebranding of the entire spirit drinks portfolio, adapting it to contemporary trends and modern consumer expectations. Elegant, attractive designs were matched with refined flavours, while preserving respect for Romanian traditions.
